I/we give consent for any credit checks that Cargonet Limited deem to be appropriate to determine credit worthiness.

Payment terms are strictly 30 days from date of invoice, unless special arrangements have been made. The company reserves the right to apply a charge of 8% per annum, above the Bank of England base rate, to any overdue payments. In the event of non-payment the fees from the company’s collection agency of 17.5% will be added to the invoice amount.

Any UK-registered freight forwarder or logistics company can apply. We review each application individually — even if you're a newer business, we encourage you to apply and our accounts team will be in touch.

How long does the approval process take?

Most applications are reviewed within one working day. You'll hear from your Account Manager by email once a decision has been made.

What credit terms are available?

Standard accounts are offered on 30-day payment terms. Specific terms are confirmed once your application has been assessed by our accounts team.

Is my information kept confidential?

Yes. All information submitted is encrypted and used solely for credit assessment purposes. We do not share your details with third parties.

Can I update my account details after approval?
